Just thought I'd update you...Slade called me out yesterday for a brawl...Hay Lin and Jericho came and helped me chase him off and I've got some fresh stitches for my trouble.

Things to be noted:

His Digimon can now turn into a Metal Phantomon.

I'd like some lessons in how to lock unhackably.

He used these to blackmail me...Penny if you can you should find somewhere safer to live...and if at all possible we probably need to find a way to increase security at the Clinic or something.

Not against this guy...he's big league evil...it usually takes all the Titans to take him down.

...but he knows he's weaker here...because this time only two others came to help me and he ran. Back home he would have taken all three of us on and won no problem.

That's not necessarily weakness, BB. That's a fairly standard combat tactic by an opponent that can think ahead. ESPECIALLY if he wants you to think he's weaker than he really is.

Never underestimate your opponents, or you'll just give them the opening they need.

Worry, in this case, is a very valid thing, as it allows caution. And caution, in this case? Is a VERY good thing.

If you want to not worry her, you're going to need to start fighting smarter. And I'm not saying that to be cruel... If you make her think he's not as much of a threat, and you get REALLY beat down? What do you think will happen then?

I thought I was getting better...Plotmon and I are like an unstoppable force when we're synched up...but Slade...*grumbles some things under his breath*

He said she hated Terra...and I didn't believe him but she...she slowed down...like she wasn't...like her heart wasn't totally into the fight and that's when things went south fast.

How about I add "Grandpa by genes, grandson by age" to your title list instead? Remember, BB, just because you're biologically related, that doesn't mean you've suddenly gained the years of experience and wisdom that it takes to live up to that ideal.

It sounds like you two could use some team-building exercises. If you're game, I'll put you two through some of those tonight.

But I'll warn you now, I'm a harsh teacher when I need to be. And you? You sound like you need a harsh teacher.

I figured I was safe enough alone in the Inn...and knowing her she wouldn't leave the Inn either even if she was bummed out.

I thought after my Big hero moment with the Brotherhood of Evil I was finally coming into my own as a hero, now it's like I'm back to getting my butt handed to me by Jinx, Gizmo and Mammoth.
