Hmm...well as a rule I try not to eat anything in animal form I can't handle as a human. I'm a vegan so if I eat anything in animal form it's usually leaves and grass ect. Once I tried to eat some eucalyptus leaves as a Koala bear to see how they tasted? Not half bad but I changed back into human form and the leaves were still in my guts so I got really sick.
Yeah I'd say to avoid cold areas while your a Lizard dude. Also if you get motion sickness or anything like that try to change back near something you can throw up in. Switching from cold blooded to warm blooded takes alot of practice to get used to. It still makes my skin crawl sometimes.
