Eh, considering they don't go out looking for trouble and there hasn't been any big ginormous world-spanning fights lately it's not that surprising he didn't evolve until now.

Yeah but fighting off the Fanbeemon didn't make plotmon any more friendly to him...she insisted he walk behind the rest of us on the way to the Inn.

He's playing with the kids right now...she's sitting here with me and her mother...oh and MJ's over there helping set up the table...hi MJ!
